The living room has original wood-paneled ceilings and several sets of French doors that open to the patio. Across the foyer is a sitting room with a fireplace tucked into an alcove. The kitchen, at the far end of the foyer, has original terra cotta floors and a wall of built-in wood cabinets with brass hardware. The sellers added a green AGA range and new marble countertops. Around the corner, a separate catering kitchen has a gas cooktop.

Through the kitchen is the formal dining room, which has a brick fireplace and coffered ceilings. This part of the house also has a sunroom, a laundry room and a full bathroom.

The primary suite occupies half of the second floor. Pocket doors open to a full bathroom with hardwood floors and a free-standing claw foot tub. The other full bathroom has walls lined with glossy green tile, and next door is a bedroom that could be used as an office or as part of the primary suite.
